2. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, or if the product does not meet the description, you may be eligible for a refund as per the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged during transit, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will process a refund or replace the item based on your preference.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a product that does not match the description or order, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Unopened and Unused Products: For standard returns (not due to damage or defect), the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including packaging. These products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized products, including prescription lenses, frames, and any other items made to your specifications.
  • Sale or clearance items.

2.3 Refund Process

  • Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at feedback@chashhmo.com or call +91-635 358 5825 within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
  • Refund Approval: Once your request is received, we will review the situation and notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, you will be issued a return authorization, and instructions for returning the product will be provided.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.4 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment was made via:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the card.
  • Net Banking/UPI/Wallets: Refunds will be credited back to the same bank account or wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details for this process.

2.5 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, such as if the product is returned in used condition, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.

2.6 Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.2 Cancellation by Chashhmo The Optical Store
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to issues such as product unavailability, payment failures, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.


4. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is automatically confirmed, and modifications (such as changes to the shipping address, quantity, or items) cannot be made. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to accommodate changes.
